In other countries in Central and Eastern Europe there is a network of local partners. Germany is a particularly important export market, served jointly with affiliated companies Securiton GmbH and Hekatron Vertriebs GmbH.
In Austria, Schrack Seconet AG headquartered in Vienna operates in all federal provinces from six branch offices, with several affiliated service centres throughout Austria, thereby ensuring high quality customer service.
The company, which was founded following a management buy out from Ericsson Schrack AG, started trading with 135 employees in 1994, and now has 346 employees around the world.
The Swiss Securitas Group holds a 90% stake in Schrack Seconet with Hans Zavesky holding the remaining 10 % stake. Hans Zavesky, the company s founder, handed over the reins as operative General Director to Wolfgang Kern at the end of 2005 and took over as Chairman of the Supervisory Board on 22nd June 2006.
