We are a part of Prabha Group Companies having our office and factory at Chandigarh. Our two other manufacturing units are located at Dera Bassi (Punjab) and Parwanoo (HP). Annual turnover of the group is app Rs 100 Crores, having a total manufacturing covered area of around 200000 square ft. We manufacture LPG cylinder valve, Regulator and Cylinders duly certified by BIS and CCOE. We are one of the largest manufacturers of LPG valves and Regulators and produce around 7.5 lakh valves and 4 lakh regulators per month.
We have now launched our new product that is high pressure cylinder valves conforming to IS 3224 certified by BIS and CCOE. At present we offer two varieties of valve namely Oxygen (O2) and Carbon dioxide (Co2). Other varieties are in the process of approval and we will be offering you the same shortly.
Coming back to O2 and Co2 valves, we manufacture these valves from high tensile forgeable, premium quality brass. Every lot of brass is tested for chemical and physical properties before taking the material for the production process. Other components like gland nut, stainless steel spindle and Teflon washers are made from premium quality raw material. Machining is performed on state of the art CNC turning centers; we have a battery of 25 CNC machines to cater to the needs of the gas industry. We have our own copper nickel chromium electroplating plant for electroplating of faucets and industrial valves.
